There are several spaces in each issue of The News Flash for you to add your own information (see our Frequently Asked Questions for how to add your info). On the Front Page, the blank area is for your staff, office hours, phone numbers, emergency numbers, etc.

On the Inside Page the Announcements and Update columns are for your upcoming events, residents' birthdays, trash pick-up dates, etc. You can also add events or birthdays to the Calendar!

There's no limit to the kinds of information you could share with your residents: Resident birthdays • Rent due dates • Trash pick-up dates • Pest control information • Parties and events happening around town and your community • Welcome new residents by name • Tell your residents about your Early Bird Special • Declare someone Resident of the Month • Sell advertising space to your local pizza place • Inform your residents about your Referral Program

But we know how busy you are, so every month we also send along a sheet of entertaining and informative articles you can add to your News Flash.
